GENDER DIFFERENCES IN PREDICTORS OF CREATIVITY

We don't know for sure whether the factors that contribute to creativity are the same for men and women. This study will helps us examines potential differences in how diverse factors such as motivation, personality, and vocational interests interact with gender to predict creative achievement. Your participation will contribute to a more nuanced understanding of creativity and could inform more effective, gender-inclusive approaches to nurturing it. At the end of the survey, you will get a feedback on your scores on various domains and where you stand compared to the general population!
